The municipality of Pristina releases doves for peace in Ukraine

After the solemn session of the Municipality of Pristina, which was held as a sign of solidarity with the Ukrainian people on the first anniversary of the war in Ukraine, the mayor Përparim Rama together with a group of children released white doves into the sky to convey the message of peace.

Today, the solemn session of the Municipal Assembly of Pristina was held in support of the Ukrainian people as a sign of solidarity and a call for peace on the occasion of the 1st anniversary of the war in this country.

Ambassadors of ally countries in Kosovo and Ukrainian journalists who are sheltered in Kosovo were present.

The mayor of Prishtina, Përparim Rama, said that a peaceful nation is being punished because they want to follow the pro-Western path.

He called on the international community to support Ukraine's just struggle to the end.
