The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of the Republic of Kosovo has announced that on December 23, through official channels, it has accepted the request for permission for the three-day visit (December 26-28) of the Patriarch of the Serbian Orthodox Church (SOC), Porfirje to the Republic of Kosovo.

After reviewing the request, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs responded that Porfirje's visit can only be approved after the Serbian Orthodox Church has condemned, or distanced itself from the actions of the SOC members, who, illegally entering the Republic of Kosovo , are giving open support to criminal groups in the north of the Republic of Kosovo, which are responsible for the barricades placed there.
