The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), chaired by Jetish Maloku, has held its 209th meeting in a row, in accordance with the protection measures against the COVID-19 pandemic, it is announced in a press release. At the beginning of this meeting, KPC members approved the Strategic Plan and Action Plan of the prosecutorial system 2022-2024, and the Work Plan of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council for 2022. The meeting continued with the approval of the Regulation on the election and termination of the mandate of the Director General of the Secretariat of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and the Director of the Prosecution Performance Review Unit. After discussions, KPC members have confirmed the list of six candidates who have applied for the position of Chief State Prosecutor.
