The law on the KPC will be sent to the Assembly again? Ministry of Justice: We will process it within a month
At the end of last month, the Constitutional Court declared the Law on
the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC) unconstitutional. However, the Ministry
of Justice says that it will resend it to the Assembly again within a period of
one month with the changes according to the decision of the Constitutional
Court. Justice experts say that a new law is needed, while they expressed
skepticism that in such a short time the same law can be sent to the Assembly
for approval.
