The country's president, Vjosa Osmani, has requested that the internationals react strongly and act in a unified manner against Serbia's tendency to destabilize the region. She has said that the three police officials who were kidnapped by Serbian forces inside the territory of Kosovo, must be released immediately and without any conditions.
