The Kosovo Intelligence Agency on its website has issued a press release regarding the summons sent by the Office of the Special Prosecutor to Burim Ramadani - Inspector General of the KIA. KIA informs the public opinion that the Office of the Specialized Prosecutor has sent a summons to the Inspector General of KIA, Burim Ramadani, to testify as a witness. The summons states that Ramadani was ordered to appear as a witness for questioning by the Special Prosecutor's Office on a specific date, and the summons required him to "provide details of his physical and geographical location" during the war, and provide documentation including photographs and other data from the period from 1 January 1998 to 31 December 2000 ”. The communiqué further states that Ramadan is fully aware of the legal obligations in such cases, as well as that he believes that this is a technical error and as such will be further clarified.
