Almost every day in the reports of the Kosova Police, it is known that minors are involved in different criminal acts. They participate in extortion, use and carrying of weapons, theft, robbery, consumption and sale of narcotic substances, blackmail and sexual harassment.

When it comes to the latter, only within less than three months of this year, the number of minors involved in sexual harassment has increased, compared to last year. According to Kosova Police statistics, five minors were involved in sexual harassment, whereas in 2022 there were four such cases...
