At the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague, the testimony of Jock Covey has concluded. Covey had served in Kosovo as the deputy to the UN Secretary-General’s Special Representative, Bernard Kouchner.

At the end of his testimony, he asked to make a comment, but this was not permitted by the presiding judge, Charles Smith.

Covey: May I make one final comment?

Smith: You may not, because we cannot follow that with subsequent questions. We are finished. Thank you for being here.

Covey: Thank you for the opportunity to provide my testimony.
