The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, Besian Mustafa, stated that they are working on the governing program 2020-2023, to create a fund for agricultural crops insurance, while he showed that through development programs, farmers will be able to benefit from fund of 53 million euros. Minister Mustafa told KosovaPress that this fund will help farmers in Kosovo to realize agricultural insurance.
