At the Government meeting, a draft decision for gradual increase of the excise tax rate on tobacco was approved.

This increase in excise tax, according to the Minister of Finance, Hykmete Bajrami, is based on the calendar for excise tax, as according to her, the country has the lowest rate of tobacco tax.
