The Government of Kosovo has allocated 520 thousand euros for the renovation of the roof and internal spaces of the Institute of Forensic Medicine (IFM) after two fires in this facility.

At today's Government meeting, the Minister of Finance, Hekuran Murati, said that the allocation of these funds comes after a request from the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) which is related to the need to renew the roof and reconstruct the internal spaces in the IFM facility, after the fire and damage that occurred in that facility.

Likewise, the government of Kosovo has decided to purchase facilities for the needs of diplomatic missions in Rome, Paris, Ottawa and Ankara.

The Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora (MFAD), Kreshnik Ahmeti, said that this decision would pave the way for the beginning of the purchase procedures as provided for in the legislation in force.
