On Friday, the Government of Kosovo is expected to vote on the governing program for the next four years, the implementation of which may begin once approved. Since the formation of the government, the executive has been constantly criticized by opposition parties for being late in presenting the governing program, while members of civil society consider that the government has had enough time to draft it, stressing the need for it to reflect on needs of citizens.

On the second weekend of April, the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, had gathered the ministers of his government cabinet to draft the governing program and action plan for the next four years of government. However, the same has not yet been introduced and voted on in government.
