The former ambassador of the Netherlands in Kosovo, Robert Bosch, expects that the former leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi, who are being accused of alleged war crimes by the Specialized Chambers, to be declared innocent.

The Dutch diplomat thinks that Albania's action to have another resolution to supersede that of Senator Dick Marty in the Council of Europe, which served as the basis for the establishment of the Specialized Chambers, is the right one.

In an interview for KosovaPress, Bosch raises questions about whether the Special Court should exist after it was confirmed that the accusations of organ trafficking on which this court was established do not stand.
