The vice-president, Feti Murseli, told KosovaPress that the championship title is Drita's goal in every season, even though this edition so far has not gone according to plan. He says that the change of many coaches was one of the reasons that influenced the bad form of the team.
Speaking about coach Akis Vavalis, who was dismissed due to poor results, Murseli said that in Kosovo he was attacked a lot just because he came from Greece and not because of the results.
Vavalis was succeeded by new coach Zekirja Ramadani whom Murseli revealed was the only name on their list to lead Drita.Speaking about the financial side, Murseli says that Drita is an example for management, so that for years the club leaders do not face any open case with the players regarding the salary issue.
As for the fight for the title, Murseli says that nothing is over and that Drita will be in the race until the end of the championship.
Due to the negative results during the fall season, in some cases the "Intellectuals" fan group demanded changes in the hierarchy of the club, but Murseli emphasized that these disagreements have already been clarified. After the autumn edition, Drita ranks third with 34 points, six less than the leader and reigning champion, Ballkani.
