The Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo has reviewed the tariffs it applies to banks for reciprocal monetary transactions. On this occasion, announced that it has decided to reduce the fees for depositing euro denominated coins in the CBK from 5.00% to 3.75%. This change will be effective from March 1, 2022. "The decision to reduce the fee for the deposit of coins denominated in euros was taken at a meeting of the Executive Board of the CBK", announced the spokesman of this institution, Kushtrim Ahmeti. The CBK expects that the changed tariff will increase the access of both citizens and businesses to the services of local banks with cash.
