At the beginning of November, the Ministry of Justice is expected to forward to the Government of Kosovo the draft law on the establishment of the Commercial Court. The business community in Kosovo considers the establishment of this court as very important for Kosovo, as it would increase the efficiency of handling business cases and will help create a better environment for local businesses, but also for foreign investors.
