The recent floods caused by heavy rains have also flooded agricultural lands, causing great damage to planted crops.

Farmers who have suffered damage from these floods are asking from the state to compensate the damages, while the incumbent Minister of Agriculture, Besian Mustafa, says that after assessing the damage, they will make financial compensation for these damages.
