About 40 prisoners in correctional centers suffer from serious illnesses. This is what the chairman of the Council for the Defense of Human Rights and Freedoms, Behgjet Shala, says. In an interview for KosovaPress, he emphasizes the need for the construction of a hospital within the Kosovo Correctional Service. However, the Ministry of Justice does not plan to build this hospital, since there is no number of patients to justify the construction of the hospital.
