The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo will hold a public hearing, on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, starting at 10:00, in which the request KO95 / 20 will be reviewed, which has as object of review: “The assessment of constitutionality of the Decision of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo no. 07 / V-15, approved on June 3, 2020, regarding the election of the Government of Kosovo ”.
