The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo announced that received a referral submitted by 30 MPs of the parliamentary group of Vetëvendosje Movement, through which it is requested the assessment of the constitutionality of the decree of President of the Republic of Kosovo.

In addition, in the referral, the MPs requested the Court to impose interim measure for suspension of the implementation of the decree in question.
