Manifesto 14 has presented the conceptual framework of the nomadic biennial, which will open on July 22, 2022. It was said that through it Pristina will become a cultural epicenter, where about 100 thousand visitors will stay in the capital of Kosovo. The director of the Manifesto, Hedwing Fijen, said that this year's program is based on four pillars in Pristina and about 22 artistic and urban interventions in the capital. "We have seen these places and we have made all the consultations with our partners and we see that within this table, in addition to the city model, the urban vision is also knowledge. It is important for you to know that everything we have developed has been a model of direct democracy. Through consultations, urban interventions to transform the participants and for social change", she said. The mayor of Pristina, Përparim Rama called Manifesto 14 a fantastic opportunity for the capital, while showing in detail the public spaces and facilities that will be turned into places of intervention of artists. ​"A rich program that would include the entire city of Pristina, is almost a five-year work to which the epilogue is coming. I am deeply pleased that we have reached this point today and will be presenting an extremely rich edition of the Manifesto both programmatically and conceptually. This edition of the Manifesto will include about 22 public spaces and objects that will be turned into intervention places for invited artists. There will be major projects in cooperation with the architectural company, such as the green corridor, the revitalization of the former library building "Hivzi Sylejmani", as well as the intervention in the city hall. All these interventions and projects will open Prishtina to citizens and visitors who will see another side of Prishtina which has often has been hidden and not visible ... Manifesto 14 will attract visitors from all over the world, foreseeing about 100 thousand visitors between July and October of this year ", he stressed. Whereas, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Hajrulla Çeku, said that this will be the most important international cultural year for Kosovo. "I believe that this will be the most important international cultural year for Kosovo. We are grateful to the manifesto for this organization and commitment to transform our capital, but also our country into an identifiable point on the world map of culture. I can not hide my joy that I’m the Minister of Culture during this important year", said Ceku.
