The Committee on Legislation approves in principle the Draft Law on Commercial Court
The Committee on Legislation has approved in principle the Draft Law on Commercial Court. The need for its establishment was considered necessary by the majority and part of the opposition, while the Democratic League of Kosovo expressed doubts about the role of this court in the legal and constitutional system of the country.
The Chairman of the Committee on Legislation, Adnan Rrustemi said that the adoption of this draft law is important in the economic development of the country. Hajdar Beqa from PDK also expressed support for this draft law, but said that it was taken by the former Minister of Justice, Abelard Tahiri.
