The draft law on precious metal works has been approved in principle. The Committee on Economy, Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade has reviewed this draft law, where Minister Rozeta Hajdari, has emphasized that with the current law, there are possibilities for manipulations with mixing metals. She has promised that the new law will meet the standard that works must have a certain degree of purity. From the meetings she had with the Association of Artisans of Kosovo, she said that the two main requirements are for the seal and their security.
