The lack of economic attachés, the problems of citizens and businesses with making payments abroad, the presentation of the names of the cities of Kosovo on Google Maps in the Albanian language, the creation of conditions and offers for investors as well as the lobbying for FVA to be part of the Animal Health Organization, were some of the issues discussed in the meeting held between the representatives of the Chamber of Trade and Industry Kosovo with the chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Haki Abazi.

Some of the issues that the Chamber of Trade and Industry mentioned during the meeting was the fact that it should be lobbied for Kosovo to join the Animal Health Organization based in Paris, which would enable the export of products of animal origin, where the impossibility of export is clearly damaging the businesses of this sector. Also, the Chamber of Trade and Industry added that it is very necessary to appoint economic attachés in our Embassies, as well as the Embassies to lobby more for businesses. Whereas, Abazi thanked for the meeting and considered that together we can lobby for improving the conditions of doing business in the country. Abazi expressed the readiness and support of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora to push forward any issue addressed in the meeting, which is part of the committee’s field of activity.
