The Central Election Commission (CEC) will observe the May 14 local elections in Albania. A delegation of the CEC of Kosovo, whose composition will be members of this institution and a staff from the secretariat, will see closely the implementation of technology in the electoral process in Albania, in particular identification and electronic voting in three municipalities.

The spokesperson of the CEC, Valmir Elezi, tells KosovaPress that this observation is within the framework of the good cooperation that the electoral institutions have in both countries.
