All citizens of Kosovo with the right to vote who live abroad, from January 13 to January 21 can apply for registration to vote by mail. This was announced on Wednesday by the Central Election Commission (CEC). "The Central Election Commission encourages all eligible citizens living outside Kosovo who meet the relevant legal criteria - to exercise their right to register as a voter outside Kosovo and then to vote in the snap elections for the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo ", it is said in the announcement of the CEC.
