The CDBK elects its new leadership structures
The Chamber of Doing Business in Kosovo (CDBK), held the Electoral Assembly, where were presented the activities of the CDBK, achievements, issues resolved and addressed, and the financial report and planning for 2022.
On the occasion of the fifth anniversary, the Chamber of Doing Business in Kosovo has elected its new leadership structures.
Initially, during the assembly meeting, the candidates for chairperson of the CDBK assembly, chairperson of the CDBK board, and board members were nominated.
The members of the election assembly of the Chamber of Doing Business in Kosovo, after the vote, they unanimously decided that board member Hamdi Malushaj be elected the new chairman of the CDBK assembly.
The Chamber of Doing Business in Kosovo has also elected the new chairman of the board who is also the chairman of the CDBK.
Skënder Krasniqi was re-elected for a second term as chairman of the Chamber of Doung Business in Kosovo, with unanimous votes, by the members of the assembly.
On the occasion of re-election, Krasniqi expressed satisfaction and gratitude for the trust given to him by the CDBK members, for a second term.
Krasniqi also asked the CDBK members and other businesses to jointly assist him in addressing issues that are of interest to businesses, because only in this way would the infrastructure of doing business be improved, taking into account the challenges and constant changes of governments and the need for a more urgent response, to the benefit of businesses.
During the meeting of this assembly, the board of the CDBK was elected, as follows:
Skënder Krasniqi (chairman and member of the board), Hamdi Malushaj, Arsim Selmonmusaj, Hasan Gigollaj and Diamant Elshani were re-elected as members of the new CDBK board for another term.
Whereas, Idriz Zejnullahu, Arben Gashi, Shyqri Bytyqi and Mentor Sahiti were unanimously elected new members of the board, thus completing the board of directors of the CDBK with a total of 9 people.
