The Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Vlora Dumoshi, today stayed in the municipality of Obiliq, where together with the mayor of this municipality, Xhafer Gashi, they inaugurated one of the cultural heritage assets, the Mill of Behramaj, in the village of Graboc, in the municipality of Obiliq.
