Concrete solutions to problems with electricity, access to finance and programs for innovative ideas are considered to be important issues, but left out of the plans of political parties in the framework of the election campaign.
Economic experts say that the opposition parties have offered interesting solutions in the field of economy, but according to them this is not enough. While, for the party that is currently in power, they stated that they have not offered a plan in writing, so that it can be analyzed.
Economic expert, Ismet Mulaj, in a statement for KosovaPress, says that solving the problem of the lack of electricity is one of the main challenges, but that according to him, it is not being given the proper attention."The opposition parties are more advanced in this regard. They have more concrete ideas. They have offered some interesting solutions for many of Kosovo's problems. Meanwhile, the ruling party, perhaps also because of comfortability, is trying to explain continuity in a way, the projects that this government has, or that it proclaimed in the previous mandate, and that are hoping to continue in this mandate. There are also some slightly futuristic topics (an attempt to explore). Political parties are still not offering a concrete solution for electricity, which is one of the main problems... Both PDK and LDK are offering some interesting solutions in the field of economy, but it is not enough. Perhaps the programs are more election programs, and as such are discussed in certain expert groups, not so much with interest groups," says Mulaj.
