The corruption indictment against the former Minister of European Integration, Dhurata Hoxha and the former Secretary Kushtrim Cukaj and three others, Fitim Mustafa, Nuhi Osmani and Demush Shasha has been confirmed by the Basic Court in Prishtina. The lawyer of the accused Demush Shasha has appealed against this decision. Lawyer Tahir Recaj told KosovaPress that he appealed against this decision to the Court of Appeals on Monday. He stressed that until the decision of the Court of Appeals the indictment can not be considered confirmed.
