The Assembly of Kosovo will hold a session on Friday
The Assembly of Kosovo will meet on Friday for its next plenary session.
A number of items will be on the agenda, including the PDK resolution on the “protection of the historical truth of the 1998–1999 war in Kosovo,” following inaccuracies in Shkëlzen Gashi’s exhibition. However, there was again no agreement among parliamentary groups in the Presidency regarding the ordering of this item on the agenda.
As a result, Assembly Speaker Albulena Haxhiu said there was no consensus on approving the agenda, but under the rules of procedure, it is her responsibility to set the agenda for Friday’s session.
Haxhiu emphasized the need for the Assembly to be efficient in passing laws, referring to the constitutional deadline for electing the president by April 28.
