After two attempts for voting, there was no quorum in the Assembly for voting on the Recommendation of the Committee on Agriculture, for the dismissal of the members of the Board of the Railway Regulatory Authority. Although VV demanded the dismissal of this board and was strongly opposed by the opposition, the chairwoman of the assembly decided to move this issue to Wednesday's session due to the lack of a quorum.
