With 67 votes in favor, the Assembly approved in principle the Draft Law on Private International Law, which was presented and justified by the Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu.

Minister Haxhiu initially said that the regulation of this field is complex, but added that the draft law is in line with the most advanced international standards and removes from the legal order a law of the Former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia...
