After carrying out the checks in the facilities and premises of the "Adem Jashari" International Airport in Prishtina, it has been found that there are no explosive devices, and that the threat with explosive devices was a false alarm with certain intentions.

After the completion of the checks and works by the relevant institutions, the operation and traffic at the airport has returned to normality, therefore we thank the citizens for the understanding and cooperation shown with the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, says the announcement of the Kosovo Police.

The staff of the Pristina airport has now been called on to return inside to continue the work. Even the citizens have now started entering the airport.

Due to a threat with explosive devices, the international airport "Adem Jashari" in Pristina was temporarily closed today.
