Weather today: Warnings of rain, heavy showers and thunderstorms in Kosovo
The Hydrometeorological Institute of Kosovo (IHMK) has announced that on Wednesday, July 22, the country will experience unstable weather, with rain expected across most of the territory.
According to the forecast, rainfall in some areas will be in the form of heavy showers and accompanied by lightning, KosovaPress reports.
The IHMK said that the arrival of a cooler air mass from the northwest will bring lower temperatures. Minimum temperatures will range between 13 and 16 degrees Celsius, while maximum temperatures will range from 23 to 26 degrees.
Winds will blow from the northwest at light to moderate speeds of 3 to 9 meters per second.
The institute has urged citizens to exercise caution during the afternoon, as heavy showers and electrical activity in the atmosphere are expected in some areas.
