The Minister of Health, Armend Zemaj, started the Thursday with a visit to the Municipality of Deçan.

On this occasion, the Ministry of Health and the Municipality of Deçan today signed an agreement for financing and construction of the Family Medicine Center in Strellc i Eperm, in the amount of 260 thousand euros in co-financing between these two institutions.
