The American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo and the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce, have expressed their concern on the continuation of the practices of favors in public enterprises, through the wrong implementation of the Law on Public Procurement, in violation of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
