The Constitutional Court has decided to terminate the procedure of reviewing the application of the Vetëvendoje for the visit of former President Hashim Thaçi, to the house of MP Haxhi Shala.

Applicants were Fitore Pacolli and 29 other members of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo on the assessment of the constitutionality of the visit of the President of Kosovo on June 3, 2020, to the private house/apartment of the Member of the Assembly of Kosovo.
