The Regulatory Authority for Electronic and Postal Communications (RAEPC) has imopsed a fine of 10 million euros to Telecom for non-implementation of the State Code +383. Due to the financial crisis, Telecom is still not able to fully implement the migration of numbers required by the new code. RAEPC leaders remain committed to finding a solution for the implementation of this state code with the new management of Telecom. During the review of the Annual Report of RAEPC for 2020 in the Committee for Economy, the member of the committee from the ranks LVV, Driton Hyseni has estimated that this fine at a time when Telecom is in a serious financial crisis that fails to provide even wages, is unbearable.
