The outgoing Head of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, Jan Braathu, who will continue his diplomatic mission in Serbia, has contributed to the building of democratic institutions in the country.

This is the assessment of the acting Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, Besnik Tahiri, after the meeting he had with Braathu.
