The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Prishtina has announced that after a long and successful investigation, it has concluded that there is a well-founded suspicion of criminal offenses committed by two individuals involved in a case causing material damages amounting to 25,000 euros.

Sh.Sh., in the capacity of lawyer and representative of the injured party, is suspected of the criminal offense of exerting influence, under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).

Meanwhile, I.I., in the capacity of a private bailiff, is suspected of the criminal offense of abuse of official position or authority, as it is suspected that he exceeded his competences and failed to fulfill his official duties with the purpose of unlawfully gaining property benefits for himself and others.

According to the prosecutor’s office, the actions of the accused caused material damages amounting to 25,000 euros.
