The acting Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu, stated today that Constitutional Court judge Radomir Laban is suspected of being a collaborator of the Serbian BIA and the chief terrorist Milan Radojicic, and that he should be dismissed and investigated, KosovaPress reports.

At a press conference, Haxhiu said that the appointment of Laban as a Constitutional Court judge remains a major enigma, as he had been involved in criminal activities and was sentenced in Serbia to six years in prison.

Haxhiu emphasized that Laban also has ties with another participant in the terrorist attack in Banjska, Vladimir Radivojevic. Regarding the information shared at the conference, Haxhiu stated that the President and Prime Minister of Kosovo, as well as the State Prosecutor, Police, and Constitutional Court, have been informed.
