Supreme Court suspends water permit for Brezovica hydropower plant, GLPS: It is a victory for the citizens of Shterpce
The Group for Legal and Political Studies has said that the Supreme Court of Kosovo has reinstated the suspension measure on the operation of the Hydropower Plant in Brezovica, overturning the ruling of the Court of Appeals, which stated without any grounds, among other things, that the shutdown of the hydropower plant was against public interest.
In a press conference, GLPS announced that the court has concluded that the legal position of the Court of Appeals can not be approved as fair and legal.
