Special Court rejects Gucati's family members, OVL-KLA: It is being proven that this court does not belong to Kosovo
Family members of Hysni Gucati, are not being able to get visas to visit him in the Netherlands. Although the Ministry of Justice has guaranteed the coverage of the expenses, the Dutch authorities have responded negatively on the grounds that they do not have sufficient financial means. OVL-KLA is calling it tendentious, while Hysni Gucati's son said that they are being deprived of the right to meet Gucati.
It has been almost a year since he has not physically met his father. Musli Gucati said that for a month now, they have started preparing the documentation to visit Hysni Gucati, but that the Dutch authorities have not issued them visas.
