The insistence of the prime minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, that the deadline for the agreement with Serbia be set until March of 2023 has brought optimism for reaching an agreement for the normalization of relations next year. According to the experts on the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, the license plate agreement is expected to dynamize the dialogue process. They say that if there is the will and investment of international allies, there can be concrete movements. However, it is emphasized that the dialogue is fragile and can be blocked at any moment, since Serbia is basically refusing to recognize Kosovo.
