Serbia's apology is a precondition for reconciliation

The President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, attended the dialogue on the initiative to establish a Truth and Reconciliation Commission in Kosovo. He emphasized that the initiative to establish such a commission was one of his first initiatives that he has taken as president, and he considers it a right step. There, he also spoke about the chance for reaching a Kosovo-Serbia agreement.
