At the conference on the progress of the case against Thaçi and others in The Hague, the updated list of witnesses of the Specialist Prosecutor's Office is being discussed. The judge of the preliminary procedure announced that the defense of Kadri Veseli has asked the SPO to give the defense a list of 32 witnesses that it intends to interview. While the defense of Rexhep Selimi requested that the judge order the prosecution to provide a list of witnesses that it intends to interview in the first three months of the trial.

The pre-trial judge, Nicolas Guillou, has announced that the SPO has presented 196 witnesses according to rule 154, and 83 others who will give their testimonies entirely in writing...
