After limiting the working hours for the gastronomy sector, the President of the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce, Berat Rukiqi, said that the increase of cases with COVID-19 should be prevented with awareness and not with closing businesses. "The increase in cases should be prevented with awareness, not with the closure of businesses and restriction of movement. If necessary, awareness should be achieved by increasing penalties and sanctions for all citizens and businesses that do not respect preventive measures. Since I represent businesses, I call for the closure of all those businesses that do not comply with preventive measures, but I’m not for limitation of entire sectors, " said Rukiqi.
