The Mayor of municipality of Deçan, Bashkim Ramosaj, has urged the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti and the Ministers of the Government to manage the situation that is already created by COVID-19 pandemic, to be unified as institution in the decisions that they make and which are addressed to the municipalities for implementation.
