Mayor Bashkim Ramosaj dedicated the Day of the Liberation of Deçan to the former soldiers of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) who are being held in The Hague, accused of alleged war crimes. In his speech held at the solemn session of the Municipal Assembly of Deçan, Ramosaj said that their sacrifice for the freedom and state of Kosovo should not be forgotten.
